Morgan and Jonathan - Beach House Wedding Themed: 'Yacht Club Casual'

Morgan and Jonathan are friends of my wife Corinna and I from the USA. Since the two of them are of Italian descent, they both decided to rst say yes in a small circle in Italy. Then the ocial wedding celebration with everything that goes with it took place in the USA. formal dresses for women

As a location, the two have chosen the beach house in Misquamicut Beach in Westerly, Rhode Island, owned by Morgan's father. The whole celebration should be under the motto "Yacht Club Casual". Thus the decoration, the cake and the dress code were coordinated with the topic. First of all, we accompanied them both during the Getting Ready.

Morgan designed her wedding dress herself together with her seamstress (Bridal Project from California). The ingenious thing: for the ocial part of the wedding ceremony as well as for the shoot, it was oor-length and pompous - for the party the skirt was removed and turned out to be a great mini dress in lace. Both were very elegant. Jon's outt consisted of an apricot-colored shirt by J.Crew (the perfect store for yacht club casuals), a gray wool chinos and boat shoes. The visible feel-good character could be noticed the whole time.

After styling, we did a bridal couple shoot on the landing stage at grandma’s house in Noank, Connecticut. Sometimes I wasn't sure whether the two were from a Tommy Hilger campaign or really "just" a bride and groom. Despite the terric weather and the excitement, the two didn't work up a sweat and we had a great day with a classic garden party afterwards. long sleeve formal dresses
